Yes, Themed Decorations one and only home base is in Boksburg. However, we are able to deliver nationally within South Africa.
Begin by selecting a category that appeals to you and browsing the products within that category. Once you select a specific product, you will be taken to that product’s information page where you will find a more detailed description. Select the quantity and “add to your cart”. This product will then be added to your Shopping Cart, which allows you to check and modify your order before proceeding with payment. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, you can click on ‘Checkout’ and finalise your order.
Unfortunately not. All of our orders must be delivered to a South African address.
We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred date and time. Depending on the destination, items are imported and delivered in 4-7 working days.
You will be issued with a tracking number which can be used to track your parcel via our courier’s website. You are also welcome to contact our customer care staff who will help you track your order.
If delivery was unsuccessful, our courier will attempt to phone the recipient and arrange for a convenient delivery time. Alternatively, we can send the order by postal services and the recipient will then be notified to collect the parcel at a convenient time. Because we only deliver between Monday and Friday, it may also be convenient to arrange for delivery to the recipient’s work address.
