Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time; however, we recognize that there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received an incorrect item or received a damaged item, our goal is to resolve the matter swiftly and fairly.

14-Day Return Guarantee

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 working days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be sent back in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging at your own cost. Once our team has received and inspected the returned items, we will process your replacement or issue a full refund for the product.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace or exchange the item at no additional cost to you on the product, except for the courier fee back to us.
