Fast & Reliable Nationwide Delivery
We take pride in delivering the magic of our themed decorations to every corner of South Africa. Whether you are in a major hub like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, or Port Elizabeth, or located in a more remote regional area, our nationwide courier network ensures your party essentials reach you in perfect condition. We believe that planning a celebration should be stress-free, so we handle the logistics while you focus on the festivities. Simply select your preferred delivery method at checkout, and we will take care of the rest.
Courier Options and Lead Times
To ensure your items arrive well before your event date, we offer a streamlined shipping process. Delivery to both Major Centres (including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein) and Regional Centres starts from R140. To provide a buffer for transit and processing, we kindly ask that you allow for 4 to 7 working days’ notice when placing your order. Please note that delivery fees are calculated separately and are not included in the individual product prices.
Our Delivery Commitment
We go to great lengths to ensure your parcel is prioritized, including flagging packages for urgent attention and providing specific instructions to our courier partners. While we do our absolute best to meet your preferred delivery date and time, please understand that we rely on third-party courier services. Because of this, we cannot always 100% guarantee a specific arrival time, as external factors such as traffic or logistics delays can occasionally occur.
Support and Damaged Items
In the rare event that your delivery experiences a delay or doesn’t arrive as expected, our friendly customer care team is here to help. You can reach us at info@themed-decorations.co.za, and we will immediately track your parcel and provide an update. Your satisfaction is our priority; should any of your items arrive damaged, please notify us right away, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement to ensure your event stays on track.
